When setting up your organization with Vital Logistics, we perform a few mandatories and gather information on your locations, special requests, schedules and timings. We iterate on route planning until we have established an optimized path for the couriers we deploy.
First, plan and establish your route structure. Once the locations are provided to us, we assess them and formulate the best possible plan for pickups. We also look at pickup times and coordinate with your location to assess the best delivery time.
After all routes have been planned, we reach out to these offices to obtain the necessary information about their closing time, lock-box location, pickup location, “will-call” information and courier interaction mechanisms.
We begin assigning couriers to your routes, perform dry runs for each route and troubleshoot any issues. This is done to ensure a seamless transition for your pickups when we go live.
Week 4 and Beyond
We begin courier pickups for your offices immediately, while continuously monitoring and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. You are also provided with an on-site support to iron out teething issues.
