Our couriers undergo HIPAA training to ensure that Protected Health Information (PHI) is secure. They also undergo DOT & OSHA trainings to handle blood-borne pathogens. They are trained to handle any potential issues and can contain them immediately.

Vital Logistics recommends plans for courier routes and provides suggestions to make your route pickups timelier. Courier routes are modified on a real-time basis by dispatchers as and when locations call in for pick-ups. We help making informed decisions on route efficiency as we gain experience servicing them.
